LOWELL, Mass. -- Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: EBTC), parent of Enterprise Bank, announced net income of $2.9 million for the three months ended March 31, 2010, compared to $1.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2009, an increase of 90%. Diluted earnings per share were $0.32 compared to $0.19 for the same period in 2009, an increase of 68%.
