ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2001 Elastic Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAS) today reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2001. In the second quarter, the Company reported revenues of $8.0 million compared to revenues of $5.6 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2001. Revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 2000 were $8.5 million.
