MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2001 Elantec Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELNT), a leader in high performance analog integrated circuits, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2001. Net revenues for the fourth quarter were $20.7 million representing a decrease of 44% from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2000, and a 1% increase from the $20.5 million reported in the third fiscal quarter of 2001.
