MILFORD, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2001 CTB International Corp. (Nasdaq:CTBC) today announced second quarter net income of $5.3 million, a 21 percent improvement over the year-ago period and the best second quarter net income in the Company's history. Earnings for 2001's second quarter increased to 48 cents per diluted share, compared to 39 cents for the same period last year.
