SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2002 Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH), a global leader in digital communications software and services, today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002. Revenue for the third quarter of 2002 was $19.2 million, compared to $22.4 million in the second quarter of 2002. Cash operating expenses, excluding special charges and depreciation, were $27.4 million in the third quarter of 2002, compared with $28.0 million in the second quarter of 2002.
