RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2004 Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc. (NYSE: TCR) today reported operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003. Funds From Operations ("FFO") in the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003 were $11.3 million, or $0.20 per common share, compared with $10.0 million, or $0.20 per common share, in the fourth quarter of 2002. FFO for the year 2003 was $43.5 million, or $0.80 per common share, compared with $46.2 million, or $0.92 per common share, last year.
