(Nasdaq:CRTK), a leading designer and manufacturer of critical components and integrated assemblies for the semiconductor capital equipment industry and other high technology markets, today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2002. The Company reported earnings of four cents per diluted share on revenue of $99.6 million compared with a loss of 77 cents per diluted share and revenue of $80.6 million in the corresponding period of 2001.
