SOUTH PASADENA, Calif. -- Cogent Systems (Nasdaq:COGT) today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005.
Third quarter 2005 net revenues were $38.4 million, which is a 64% increase over net revenues of $23.4 million in the year ago period. Net income on a GAAP basis for the third quarter of 2005 was $20.1 million, or $0.21 per diluted share.
