FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 2002 Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), a global leader in virtual workplace software and services, today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002. Financial Results Revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2002 were $118.9 million compared to $153.5 million in the same period of the prior year. Net income was $16.8 million for the third quarter of 2002, or $0.10 per share, as compared to $27.8 million, or $0.14 per share, in the comparable period of the prior year. Net income, adjusted to exclude the effect of amortization of intangible assets primarily relating to business combinations, was $17.4 million for the third quarter, or $0.10 per share, as compared to $41.4 million, or $0.21 per share, in the comparable period of the prior year...See the full content of this document
