Church & Dwight Reports First Quarter Earnings of $0.66 Per Share.

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD) today reported net income for the quarter ended March 30, 2007 of $45.1 million or $0.66 per share, an increase of $0.06 per share or 10% over last year's $39.9 million or $0.60 per share.

First Quarter Review

Net sales were $514.3 million in the first quarter, a $71.9 million or 16% increase over last year's $442.4 million. First quarter sales include the results of the Orange Glo International, Inc.
