ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Catalina Marketing Corporation (NYSE:POS) today reported financial results for its third quarter and first nine months ended December 31, 2005.

For the three months ended December 31, 2005, consolidated revenues were $97.2 million, compared with revenues of $100.3 million in the same period of fiscal 2005. Consolidated net income for the third quarter was $14.2 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, compared with net income of $19.0 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2005.
