C.H. Robinson Reports Second Quarter Results.
MINNEAPOLIS -- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. ("C.H. Robinson") (Nasdaq:CHRW), today reported financial results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2004.
For the second quarter, gross profits increased 16.2 percent to $158.1 million in 2004 from $136.0 million in 2003. Income from operations increased 18.6 percent to $52.5 million in the second quarter of 2004 from $44.3 million in the second quarter of 2003. Net income increased 18.6 percent to $32.3 million in the second quarter of 2004 from $27.2 million in the second quarter of 2003.
