SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Today at The Tech Museum of Innovation, nearly one thousand students engineered devices to extinguish a simulated wildfire for the 18th annual Tech Challenge, sponsored by Cadence Design Systems. The 5th through 12th grade student competition, held today in San Jose, challenges these future innovators to apply scientific principles in tackling a real world problem.
