TERADYON, Israel -- B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (the "Company" or "BOS") (Nasdaq:BOSC) (TASE:BOSC) reported today its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2005.

Revenues for the second quarter of 2005 were $7.3M, an increase of 424% as compared to $1.4M for the second quarter of 2004.
