NEW YORK -- Ares Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: ARCC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular fourth quarter dividend of $0.40 per share and an additional dividend of $0.10 per share, both payable on December 29, 2006 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2006.
