THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. -- Arctic Cat Inc. (Nasdaq:ACAT) today reported net sales of $195.3 million for the fiscal 2006 third quarter ended December 31, 2005, up 3 percent compared to net sales of $188.9 million in the prior-year period. Third-quarter net earnings were $4.7 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, versus net earnings of $5.8 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, in the same period last year.
