PITTSBURGH -- American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE:AEO) today announced that non-GAAP earnings for the third quarter ended November 1, 2008 were $0.30 per diluted share, excluding a $0.09 per share other-than-temporary impairment charge related to auction rate securities. Third quarter EPS compared to $0.45 per diluted share for the quarter ended November 3, 2007.
