OMAHA, Neb. -- America First Apartment Investors, Inc. (NASDAQ: APRO), a multifamily real estate investment trust, today announced its financial results for the full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005.
Net income for the full year 2005 was $11.0 million, or $1.04 per share, as compared to a net loss of $2.8 million, or ($0.34) per share, in 2004.
