CULVER CITY, Calif. -- Alliance Bancshares California (OTCBB:ABNS), the holding company of Alliance Bank, announced net earnings of $1,942,600 for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, up 39% from $1,401,600 in the same quarter of 2005. Earnings per share were $0.27 (basic) and $0.25 (diluted) for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, compared to $0.19 (basic and diluted) for the second quarter of 2005.
