Alcide Corporation (Nasdaq:ALCD) today announced net sales and earnings for its first fiscal quarter which ended Aug. 31, 2002.

Net sales of $5,045,192 for the quarter ended Aug. 31, 2002, were 7% lower than for the first quarter last year.
