NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings has affirmed the Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) at 'AA-' and the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) ratings at 'AA' for W&SFG's wholly owned life insurance subsidiaries (see detailed ratings list below).
