SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2004 Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (AMEX:ABP) today reported financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and the year-ended December 31, 2003. With production of 7.9 Bcfe for the year generating revenues of $39.0 million, the Company realized net income of $55.9 million ($1.55 per share on a dilutive basis). Not including the gain of $68.9 million the Company realized from the sale of its Canadian subsidiaries in January of 2003, continuing operations showed a net loss of $13.0 million ($0.36 per share).
