The boards of Solution 6 Holdings Limited (SOH:ASX) and Elite Information Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELTE) announced today that they have entered into a merger agreement pursuant to which Solution 6 will acquire Elite for US$11.00 per share in cash.
